The visual communication industry
Visual communication is a mixed discipline between design and information development which is concerned with how media intervention such as printed, crafted, electronic media, digital or presentations communicate with people. Talent lies not only in the traditional skills of the hand, graphics or through a variety of medium but also in the ability to think strategically in design and marketing terms, in order to establish credibility through the communication. Students of Visual Communication learn to attain creative designing and thinking as a visualizer. The program includes instruction in graphic design, photography, videography, sound recording and other creative and technical subjects.
Students may have the opportunity to specialize in a particular area such as animation, visual fx and post production. There are a lot of job avenues that would be open to you when you enroll this course.

The candidate must have passed 10+2 exam or equivalent in any faculty/stream. Those awaiting their 10+2 exam result this year may also apply.

It provides opportunities to work in the Media & Entertainment industry like Newspapers, Radio, Television, Photography, Advertising and Event Manager Etc. The course enhances the students to understand media skills and the skillset to handle video equipment and cameras and gives expertise in audio and video production editing software and trains the students to act as RJ, VJ and Visual Editor etc.
